3 CLOVES of GARLIC
HALF A TEASPOON OF SALT
4oz BUTTER
1 FRENCH STICK

Crush the garlic and salt to a paste
Then beat in the butter.

Cut the bread into slices but do not go all the way through
Spread the garlic butter on the pieces and press back together
Rub some of the garlic butter over the outside of the bread
Then wrap in foil.

Bake in the oven at 400˚F 200˚C for 15mins
Open the foil and bake a further 5mins
This will crisp the top.
Serve warm
