3 TABLESPOONS IRISH WHISKY
4 TABLESPOONS CLEAR HONEY
300ml WHIPPING CREAM
350g RAPBERRIES
4 MUESLI BARS CRUSHED

Put the whisky, honey and cream into a mixing bowl and whisk together until soft peaks form.

Spoon some of the raspberries into 4 serving glasses
Spoon a layer of cream over
Make another layer of raspberries and Muesli bar
Next layer of cream with muesli bar sprinkle
Placing remainder of the berries on top

Chill in a refrigerator for about half an hour before serving.
