3 Courgettes
Half juice of a lemon
1 tea spoon sugar
Half tea spoon salt
2 rounded tea spoons Dried Dill

Peel the courgettes and cut into thick slices.
Put all ingredients in a pan with just enough water to cover.
Bring to boil and boil for 10mins
Drain the reduced liquid and serve the vegetable immediately.
